摘要:
民族农村地区存在着一些传统的社会管理组织，它们在村委会或基层党组织农村社会管理职能薄弱方面能发挥惊人的作用，配合村委会对民族地区村寨进行有效管理，促进村寨稳定和发展。“寨老”组织就是侗族地区农村的一种社会管理组织，在侗族地区村寨中有着极高的社会地位，对村寨的日常运行和管理以及农村的社会管理创新中起到了非常关键的社会性作用，成为侗族村寨不可或缺的社会组织和制度。
Abstract:
minority rural regions, there exists traditional social management organizations, which is capable to play striking role in the weakness part of village committee or the social management function of the rural grass-root party organizations, cooperate with the village committee for effective management of the minority regions, and promote the stability and development of the village.Zhai Lao Organization is one of the social management organizations. It occupies a high status in Dong villages, plays an essential role in the daily management of the village, and becomes the indispensable social organization and institution.
