摘要:
改革开放后,我国农村的大多数基层党组织因能与时俱进,不断完善自身的建设思路,积极创新组织的设置载体,从而为农村的经济发展和社会治理提供了强有力的政治保障。中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,农村部分基层党组织在建设过程中仍存在建设思路与方法滞后、组织的凝聚力不强、组织建设的物质基础萎缩以及管理制度不完善等问题。唯有紧密围绕乡村振兴的这一战略大局,不断优化自身的建设思路与建设原则,创新设置载体与活动形式,加强党组织的领导班子建设,夯实集体经济基础以及推进各项制度建设,才能真正成为团结和带领群众全面建成小康社会的领路人。
Abstract:
In the process of China's reform and opening up, most rural grass-roots party organizations keep pace with the times firmly, improve the construction thought of itself constantly and innovate the organization configuration and body proactively so as to provide powerful political safeguard in the economic development and the social governance of the rural areas. In the new era, there are still some problems in the process of the party construction of rural grassroots organization, such as the lag of construction ideas and methods, the weakness of organization cohesion, the shrinkage of the material foundation of organization construction, and the imperfection of management system, etc.. It is by centering on the strategy of rural revitalization, innovating the form of organization and activities, strengthening the construction of the leading group of party organization, consolidating the foundation of rural collective economy, and promoting the development of various systems that the grass-roots party organizations in the rural areas can truly unite and lead the peasants to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.
