十八大以来,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央高度重视思政课建设,陆续出台了一系列相关政策,特别是在思政课教师座谈会上的重要讲话,就深化新时代学校思政课改革创新的真知灼见是办好思政课的基本要求、目标导向和实践引领。而思政课教师的综合能力直接影响到思政课的教学效果和人才培养的价值取向。因此,提高思政课教师的综合能力是当前思政课教学的重要任务。通过研究高校思政课教师的特质与标准,包括具备较高的政治素养、渊博的知识和学术水平、较高的智力和创造力、坚定的价值观、远大的国际视野等,分析高校思政课教师的现状,发现目前存在着个别思政课教师自身政治意识淡薄、教师的社会主义核心价值观易受冲击、思政课堂受到新媒体传播形式与内容的影响、思政课教师评价体系与标准不完善等问题,进而构建了高校优秀思政课教师评价模型,从政治素质、教学能力和科研能力三方面对思政课教师的综合能力进行评价,提出新时代高校优秀思政课教师培育模式与提升路径策略。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has been paying high attention to the construction of ideological and political courses and issued a series of related policies. In his important speech at the ideological and political teachers forum, Xi Jingping makes insightful remarks on how to deepen the reform and innovation of the ideological and political course, which are the basic requirement, goal orientation and practical guidance for ideological and political education.It is an important task for ideological and political teachers to improve their comprehensive ability because it directly affects the teaching effect of courses and the value orientation of talent training. The paper studies the traits and standards of ideological and political teachers in colleges, including higher political accomplishment, profound level of knowledge and academy, higher intelligence and creativity, surer values, broad international vision, etc. and also analyzes the current situation of ideological and political teachers in colleges. It finds out the problems existing in some ideological and political teachers such as the weaker political awareness, the vulnerable socialist core values, the impact of the form and content of new media communication on ideological and political teaching and the imperfect evaluation system and standard. Thereby, an evaluation model of excellent ideological and political teachers in colleges is constructed to evaluate their comprehensive ability from three aspects of political quality, teaching ability and scientific research capacity, and puts forward the cultivation model and the promotion path of excellent ideological and political teachers in colleges.
