新常态下,中国建筑业技术工人供给数量和质量都呈下滑趋势。而建筑工业化的客观要求,特别是装配式建筑形式带来用工种类的新变化。对此,地方政府如何有效地引导技术工人的系统开发,建筑企业如何嵌入技术工人的示范开发,成为当前建筑行业劳动力供给侧改革的重要内容。BIM技术的推广及应用为此提供了一种可行路径。通过数据采集和实例检索方法,在构建BIM-L样本数据库及技术工人配置模型的基础上,探讨如何运用BIM-L平台绘制技术工人缺额开发路径和示范开发路径,旨在为建筑业职业培训信息化提供有益指导。

Under the new normal, the quantity and quality of the skilled workers in the construction industry is on a downward trend. On the other hand, the demands for the construction industrialization especially of prefabricated building forms have brought new changes in the skill types of labor. In the regard of the supply-side reform of skilled workers in construction industry, it is important for the local government to guide the effective development of skilled workers system and embed the model development of skilled workers into construction enterprises. And the promotion and application of BIM provides a feasible way for this. Based on the data acquisition and the Case Retrieval Method, the paper builds a BIM-L sample database and the configuration model of skilled workers to discuss how to draw development paths for both the shortage and the demonstration of skilled workers by means of data collection and Case Retrieval Method in order to obtain useful guidance for the vocational training informatization in construction industry.
