摘要:
全日制专业学位硕士生《执(职)业道德与素养》课可以构建“教学方案规划—综合素养测试—专题讲授—典型案例分析—行家专讲—模拟训练和讨论—实践观摩和体验—多维度考评”的教学模式,以适应经济社会发展和职业活动发展态势的现实要求,适应我国研究生教育发展战略重大转变的要求,完善学生的知识结构,培养和提升学生的执(职)业道德与素养,从而促进课程教学目标的实现和专业学位硕士生培养目标的实现。
Abstract:
In the course of Professional Ethics and Accomplishment for full-time professional degree postgraduates, the teaching model involves the procedure of teaching program planning, comprehensive accomplishment testing, special lectures on special themes, typical case analysis, expert lecturing, simulation training and discussing, practice observation and experience, multi-dimensional evaluation and so on. To adapt to the practical requirements of the development of the economic society, the development trend of professional activities, and the major strategic changes in the postgraduate education in China, it is necessary to improve the knowledge structure of students, foster and promote their professional ethics and accomplishment and realize the teaching objectives of the course and training target of professional degree postgraduates.
