摘要:: 习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立95周年大会上的讲话中，明确强调坚持不忘初心、继续前进必须把严肃党内政治生活作为全面从严治党的基础，要求全面净化党内政治生态。在当代中国，重构良好的政治生态已经成为新形势下全面从严治党的关键命题，也是习近平全面从严治党思想的重要内容。准确把握全面从严治党视域下良好政治生态的时代内涵及其科学定位是重构政治生态的基本前提；而切实匡正党风、抓住党政干部责任主体、善用法制重锤反腐以及建章立制、破立并举则是政治生态重构的有效路径。

Abstract:: In the speech at the celebration of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi made a clear statement that he insisted on not forgetting his heart and continued to move forward. He must regard the seriousness of the inner-party political life as the foundation of comprehensively strengthening party self-discipline，and call for a complete purging of the inner-party political ecology. Under the new situation, reconstruction of good political ecology is the key proposition of comprehensively strengthening party self-discipline, and an important content of Xi Jinping’s thought of enforcing strict party self-discipline.?Accurately grasp the era connotation of good political ecology and its scientific orientation, under the perspective of comprehensively strengthening party self-discipline, is the basic premise for reconstructing political ecology. And effectively remedy the party spirit, seize the responsible main body of the party and government cadres, use hammer of legal to against corruption,destruct and establish a new system, is the effective path of political ecology’s reconstruction.
