摘要:: 随着中国共产党十七届六中全会的召开,党和国家更加注重推进社会主义文化的大发展大繁荣,构建和谐社会的文化建设已被提到重要位置。本文阐述了当今中国公民社会责任感缺失现象产生的原因,提出社会不仅应注重传统文化中文明精华的传播,坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为导向,通过教育来提高国民素质,形成良好的社会风气,还应采取切实有效的措施,完善相关法律机制和舆论引导监管机制,从而对社会责任感缺失现象实施有效的心理疏导。

Abstract:: As the Communist Party of China in seventeen sessions of six CCP plenary conferences convened, party and country pays more attention to promoting socialist cultural development and prosperity, build harmonious society culture construction has been referred to an important position. This paper expounds the current Chinese citizens’ lack of sense of social responsibility in the causes of the phenomenon, put forward a society should not only pay attention to the traditional culture essence of civilization communication, adhere to the socialist core value system as guidance, through education and improving national quality, create a good social atmosphere, still should take effective measures, improve relevant legal mechanism and public opinion to guide the supervision mechanism, thus the lack of sense of social responsibility to implement effective psychological phenomenon.
