摘要:
西方 资本主义政治制度曾对于人类民主政治的发展做出巨大的贡献价值，但同时这些政治制度也存在着明显的内在缺陷和弊病，特别在国际金融危机当下，这些政治制度在处理危机和解决问题上软弱乏力 。通过对比， 进一步显示出社会主义政治制度的优越性。

Abstract:
Political system of Western capitalist had made a significant contribution to the development of democracy in humans, but it also had the obvious inherent flaws and shortcomings, especially in the current international financial crisis, the political system was weak when it solved the problem and dealt with crisis. By contrast, the superiority of the socialist political system was further displayed
